It is that time of year again when the first year Mechatronics Physics class design and build a machine to “toss their cookies”. The machine has to be able to move forward 10 meters and then launch the cookies. The winner is judged on height, having to throw their cookie over a 12 meter high line, and then by distance.This year’s cookie of choice – a pair of glued Oreo cookies. This is the most complex launch ever.
