ST. CLAIR COLLEGE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS WINDSOR POLICE SERVICES KID’S CAMP

Deputy Police Chief Jerome Brannagan and Windsor Police Chief Gary Smith receive $7,500 cheque from Dr. John Strasser, President St. Clair College.
The St. Clair College Foundation presented a cheque for $7,500 to the Windsor Police Service last week in support of the important work they do at Camp Brombal. The funds are the result the College’s recent Charity Golf Tournament which was held June 2nd at Pointe West Golf & Country Club.

Police Chief Gary Smith and Deputy Chief Jerome Brannagan were on hand to accept the cheque which was presented by Dr. John Strasser, President of St. Clair College. The money will be used to help financially disadvantaged kids in our community enjoy a typical camp experience.

Camp Brombal opened in 2003 and since that time has supported more than 300 boys and girls between the ages of 10 – 12. The camp, which costs about $17,500 to run, relies solely on donations from the community and is located on the Arner Townline in Essex County.
