(Windsor, Ontario) – The annual event is part of the 53rd annual Canadian Culinary Federation National Convention, which is being hosted at the Centre for the Arts this week. Junior chefs from across the country competed in a head-to-head heated competition and were judged by culinary professionals from across the country, including St. Clair's very own Chef Mike Jimmerfield from the Culinary Management program.
