4 Week Yoga Mini Series

Join us for a 4 week Yoga Mini Series at the HealthPlex! Each week you will experience a different method of practice focusing on health, wellness, and preventative maintenance uniting mind and body.

Thursdays at 6:00-6:50 pm
August 2nd

Restorative
Prepare to experience deep relaxation in this yoga practice with Sue. Align physical and mental by practicing stillness and gentle movement. Please bring a bolster if you have one, or pillow of your own as well as a blanket.
August 9th

Mindful Meditative Flow
Join Zosia for a gentle, guided meditative flow yoga practice to reduce stress and encourage union between mind and body. Find stillness, peace of mind and awareness of mind, body and breath.
August 16th

PreHab
In this class, Andrew will guide you through a practice that is geared toward exploring your own dynamic range of motion. Using foam rollers and bands to encourage preventative maintenance.
August 23rd

Desk Therapy
As much of our work revolves around sitting, muscles and tendons shorten, we lose mobility and become tight and tense.Join Candace in a yoga practice that will guide you through breath work and a series of postures to open and release tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, chest and back. Allow your body to relax and feel great.
