TRX classes offer you full body strength and endurance training utilizing the TRX Trainer and your body weight. Tone your back, legs, core and arms while increasing your balance and stability!
Best of all, you're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This makes it ideal for everyone, from beginners to advanced exercisers.
The Small Group format limits our group size to 7, ensuring that our trained instructors can provide you with individual attention to make sure you see results while staying safe.
