Being a member has its perks! Our staff at the HealthPlex is here to help you succeed in wellness, and therefore offer most of our services at no charge to our members. On top of access to our full size gymnasium and fully functioning Fitness Centre, you also have access to Basic Fitness Assessments and Individual Program Designs, as well as many other services. Our trained and certified staff is here for you at no extra cost. On top of our complimentary services, we also offer services such as personal training to ensure all of our members can find exactly what they need, as well as discounted rates for sport and recreation leagues. HealthPlex Events & Programs Visit our Events and Programs page for information about the HealthPlex, our upcoming events, programs and facility rental rates. Our facility is open to the community to rent our gymnasium, community room (seats approximately 30 people) and our fitness studio. HealthPlex Fitness Centre Our 5000 square foot fitness centre is filled with amazing strength training and cardio equipment, but still leaves room for you to move. Visit our on-site Café I Luv Juicy will provide you with a healthier, nutritional fast food alternative whether it be to begin your day, power up your workout, replace a meal or just enjoy a healthy snack.
