6 Week Small Group Training

Small group training offers you the opportunity to receive all the benefits of the knowledge and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial impact by sharing the fee. Each 60 minute session will focus on a total body workout, intermixing different training techniques to ensure that everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, receives the right workout for them.

Our small group training programs are also a great way for members to connect, work toward similar goals and improve in all elements of their fitness. We keep the group sizes small (3-4 people) to ensure everyone received the attention they need for an effective and safe workout.

This 6 week program will provide you the structure of periodized weight training designed for maximizing changes to your body composition, strength, and cardiovascular health. Each 6 week session begins and end with an assessment so that you and your trainer can track your progress as you go.
