MINI MEDITATION SESSIONS

15 Minutes of Peace and Calm

St. Clair College Staff & Students ONLY

Join us during the month of October for 15 minutes of peace and calm in your day.

Come enjoy a quite seat and either sit peacefully on your own or allow one of our staff to guide you through some simple breathing techniques to relieve stress and calm the mind. You can come to one or all of the sessions.

These sessions will take place in the Quiet Study Room of the Student Centre and are open to St. Clair College Students and Staff only.

To sign up, select a session date and time below and click ‘Sign Up’. Sign up is recommended as space is limited to 20 participants per class but drops ins are welcomed as well. (St. Clair College staff that are not HealthPlex members will need to call x 3401 to sign up).

To view the online session you must first activate your HealthPlex Membership at the HealthPlex Front Desk. Give us a call at 519-354-9100 x 3401 to book your spot in a session and be sure to stop by the HealthPlex soon to start your membership.
