Urban Poling - Suitable for all ages and activity levels
If you enjoy walking but are looking for a little extra, or are experiencing knee, hip, or low back pain, then Urban Poling is for you. These poles are very simple to use, and by simply walking with them you will reduce the impact on your joints, improve posture and balance, as well as activate 90% of your muscles in the process.

Functionally Fit - Suitable for seniors of all activity levels
Regardless of your current health or fitness state, Functionally Fit may just be the perfect FIT for you. This class is designed to improve your balance, flexibility, muscle tone and aerobic capacity, all while staying within your limit. This class is completed from mainly a seated position.
Senior Track Members are welcome to participate in one Group Exercise class per week, including Functionally Fit. Ask the HealthPlex Staff for more information.
Chair Yoga - Suitable for all ages and activity levels
A yoga class made for all ages as all postures are done seated or standing while using the chair. Chair Yoga is great for those who want to improve balance, endurance and physical movement.
