Barre Fitness

Barre fitness was designed on the fundamentals of ballet and pilates, connecting the mind, body and spirit principles of yoga. Barre is a total body sculpting fitness program using light dumbbells, body weight and high repetitions.

What you can expect:

  • An empowering, music-driven workout that is intense and dynamic, yet low-impact
  • Classes change from week to week to maximize results
