Barre fitness was designed on the fundamentals of ballet and pilates, connecting the mind, body and spirit principles of yoga. Barre is a total body sculpting fitness program using light dumbbells, body weight and high repetitions.
You can expect an empowering, music-driven workout that is intense and dynamic, yet low-impact. Each week classes will change to maximize results.
