This program is intended to meet the needs of learners interested in pursuing careers in the Ontario fire service as well as providing the fire departments with candidates seeking employment as beginning firefighters.

Session Details
Four nights weekly, with approximately 40 Saturdays throughout the course.
40 participants max.
1,030 hours of training.
Interactive format.
Theoretical and practical based training.
College Certificate upon successful completion of program leading to provincial certification.
Admission Requirements
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent with:
Grade 12 English (C) or (U)
Grade 12 Mathematics (C) or (U)
Senior level Chemistry (C) or (U)
Senior level Biology (C) or (U)
Police Clearance and Medical Clearance
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR Level C and Automatic External Defibrillation (AED)

$11,000.00 (Can be paid in four installments)
