RENTAL INFORMATION
Pool
Schools: $55.00/hour + HST
Regular: $75.00/hour + HST
Lifeguards: $15.00/hour
Diving Board Requires an additional lifeguard for supervision
Lifeguard to Swimmer Ratios:
1 lifeguard : 25 occupants
2 lifeguards : 26-75 occupants
3 lifeguards : 76-125 occupants
*** OCCUPANTS INCLUDES ALL PATRONS
ON THE DECK AND IN THE POOL ***
Mezzaninne
1/2 Mezzanine: $25.00/hour + HST
Full Mezzanine: $40.00/hour + HST
Additional Fees may be applicable for bleachers & sound system use
Set Up & Clean Up fees $75.00/hour + HST
Gymnasium
1/2 Gym: $45.00/hour + HST
Full Gym: $75.00/hour + HST
Tarping the Gymnasium Floor (required for non-athletic events) $240.00 + HST
Additional Fees may be applicable for bleachers & sound system use
Set Up & Clean Up fees $75.00/hour + HST
Baseball Diamonds
Diamond #1: $45.00/session + HST
Diamond #2: $40.00/session + HST
Diamond #3: $75.00/session + HST
NOTE: 1 Session is equivalent to 1 standard baseball game
Soccer Fields
Field #1: $40.00/session + HST
NOTE: 1 Session is equivalent to 1 standard soccer game
Proof of Insurance is required from all rental groups prior to the event date.
