Since its inauguration in 2004, Thames Institute of the Arts has provided an exceptional selection of learning experiences for local artists. For 2012, Thames Institute is proud to present 3 major arts events - a 13-workshop Literary Arts Festival in February-March, a Summer Arts Retreat with a variety of week-long courses in July, and later in the year, a community-based Autumn Arts Festival combining fine arts, seasonal crafts and, mmm-m-m, tasty culinary arts.

Information about each of these 3 major events can be found by selecting the tab for that event. As each event approaches, details will be progressively updated. Registration will also be available well in advance of each event.

The tab titled In the Picture is a gallery of photos from various Thames Institute activities and events. Starting with our Literary Arts Festival in February-March 2012, we will be posting a much larger selection of photos and artistic creations together with informative captions.
